Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, Salt & Stone offers a straightforward return and refund process.
Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Certain items, such as personal care, hygiene, or limited-edition products, may not be eligible for return. Eligibility will be clearly stated on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return:

Go to your order history and select the item you wish to return.

Follow the on-screen instructions to receive a return authorization.

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of your refund status. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where Salt & Stone has made an error.
Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
